30 days no questions asked return policy on all non custom ordered pedals

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return your pedal for a full refund of the original purchase price (not including shipping).  We offer a 30 day return policy on all pedals.  Please return the pedal in the original box and in the original condition that it was received, you do not have to return the sticker or business card that came with it.

Pedals returned in poor condition (scratched, nicked, velcro on the back or any other modification) may be subject to a fee of up to 25% of the purchase price. We must receive the product within 30 days of your product's shipping date.

Custom orders cannot be returned.

One year repair/replacment warranty on all pedals

Any manufacturer's defect in your pedal within one year of purchase will result in the repair or replacement of that pedal free of charge.
